Function Turns the printer power switch off.

The data obtained before this command is received is processed, then the power is turned off. If
the line buffer contains data, it is printed, then the power is turned off.

When IrDA is selected, the power is turned off after the following two conditions are satisfied:
The data obtained before this command is received is processed (character data is printed).
An IrDA disconnect request is output and disconnection is complete.

(NOTE) When this command is sent, please note that communication is disconnected

regardless of existence of non-transmitted response data.
