5.
Remove the four measuring cell windows (in-
cluding seals) as follows:
1.
Remove the ring nuts using the face
wrench (turn counter-clockwise).
2.
Remove the measuring cell windows and
seals.
6.
Clean the sealing surfaces on the window
openings.
7.
Insert the windows in the window openings.
Pay attention to the component sequence:
A: Neoprene seal (window seal)
B: Window
C: Ring nut
The position of the windows can be seen in the
diagram below:
1: Quartz window
2: Tempax window
3: Tempax colored dark window
(coating outside)
8.
Firmly tighten the ring nuts using the face
wrench.
9.
Clean the interior of the measuring cell and the
measuring cell windows with a clean, grease-
free cloth.
