TENSION CONTROL KIT, Part No. 422540
This option is only available for air motors
20R38V and N20R38V.
Strap tension can be controlled by turning
the adjustment screw in 1/4 increment turns
counter-clockwise using a 3/32 hex wrench
(P/N 422587) to reduce strap tension and
clockwise to increase strap tension.
NOTE: Operating air pressure must be set
between 85 and 90 psi (5.7-6.2 Bar). With
accurately controlled air pressure the tension
will be uniform on all straps, provided the
operator allows the air motor to stall.
