Problem
Solution
The image and/or
video is blurry or
not clear?
• Check the protective film has been removed from the
Infrared LED Array, Camera Lens, Central and Side Sensors
before use.
• Check that the lens is not dirty. If the lens is dirty, clean the
lens with a suitable cleaning cloth (not supplied).
The recorded
videos are choppy
or jumpy when
played back on
my PC?
• Check that the AVI video format can be played on your
computer.
• Check that you PC system meets the requirements for video
playback.
Forgotten
password
• In the case that you forget your password, enter ‘OPEN’ to
access the Wildlife Camera.
The Wildlife
Camera will not
turn off?
• If this occurs, remove all the batteries to rest the Wildlife
Camera. Then reinsert the batteries.
• If the Wildlife Camera still will not switch OFF, contact the
After Sales Support on 1300 777 137 for advice.
The viewing
screen shows “TF
card Error”
• Ensure the micro SD card is with class 10 standard of higher
level.
• The micro SD card may require reformatting. Refer to
the menu options and settings on pages 19-22 for how to
reformat the micro SD card.
The Wildlife
Camera does not
take still images
or video?
• The micro SD card memory may be full. Delete the
unnecessary still images and/or videos (refer to the
instructions on page 36 for how to delete files). Alternatively
save the still images and/or video to your PC (refer to the
instructions on page 33).
• The SD card may not be formatted correctly. Format the SD
card (refer to the menu options and settings on pages 19-22)
or insert a new card.
