GETTING STARTED (CONT.)
Installing the Camera Mount
The camera mount (included) can be securely attached to walls, ceilings, posts etc.
Please follow the steps below for how to install the camera mount.
WARNING:
Check that there are no cables, wiring or piping in the wall before you drill.
1. Mark the holes to be drilled (A), by holding the base of the camera mount against
the location for installation.
2. Use a suitable drill bit to drill the holes.
3. Insert the plastic anchors (supplied) into the
drilled holes so that they are flush with the surface.
4. Assemble and secure the stand to the camera
mount base (E) (Fig. 6).
5. Place the assembled camera mount over the
holes and screw in the screws (supplied) to secure
the camera mount base to the surface.
6. Position the camera mount hole located on the
back or bottom of the Wildlife Camera on the
tripod bolt (B). Two separate camera mount holes
have been provided, to increase the flexibility of
mounting the Wildlife Camera. Partially secure
the camera by screwing the tripod bolt into the
camera (approximately 3-5 turns).
7. Adjust the Wildlife Camera onto your desired
alignment and then secure with the counter screw
(C). A spanner may need to be used (not supplied).
8. Release the 2 x hinge screws (D) slightly to adjust the Wildlife Camera into the final
position. Then secure by tightening the 2 x hinge screws (D).
NOTE: If the camera mount is located in a high position, the Wildlife Camera may
need to be angled toward the ground to capture low moving objects.
