Malfunction
Cause and Troubleshooting
Washing water is not
pumped out.
Unauthorized extension mounted on the water drain
hose.
▶
Remove any unauthorized extensions from the
water drain hose. Connect device
No water flows into
the device. The
detergent was not
washed in.
Start/Refill was not pressed.
▶
Press Start/Refill.
The strainers in the water supply are clogged.
▶ Clean the strainers in the water supply.
Water tap is closed.
▶
Open the water tap.
Water supply hose is kinked or pinched.
▶
Make sure that the water supply hose is not
kinked or pinched.
Start several times
with centrifugation.
The imbalance control system eliminates the
imbalance by distributing the laundry several times.

No error - no action required.
Remark: When loading, place large and small items of
laundry together in the drum. Different sized laundry
is more evenly distributed during the spin cycle.
The program duration
changes during the wash
cycle.
