Remove the COM connecting cable on the 3RW50 soft starter

Requirements

• 3RW50 soft starter

• Removed hinged cover

Further information on removing the hinged cover can be found in the Equipment Manual

• COM connecting cable removed from the 3RW5 communication module (Page 48)

Procedure

1. Loosen die securing mechanism on the bus connector of the COM connecting cable.

2. Pull the bus connector of the COM connecting cable out of the socket on the 3RW50 soft

starter.

3. Install the hinged cover.

Further information on installing the hinged cover can be found in the Equipment Manual of
the 3RW50 soft starter.
