Preparing the contact surfaces of the link rails
1. Clean the contact surfaces until the bare metal surface is exposed and has a shiny
appearance. Use an abrasive paste, for example Schleiffix, universal cleaner from
Klingspor, type No.: 120.
2. After abrading the contact surfaces, clean them immediately with a clean cloth soaked in
ethanol.
3. Apply a thin film of grease provided to the contact surfaces of the link rails immediately after
cleaning.
CAUTION
Damage to paint surfaces, cables and plastic parts and components caused by grease
The grease attacks paint surfaces, cables, contact parts & components etc.
● Do not allow the grease to come into contact with any of these parts and components.
Remove the grease immediately if it does come into contact with any of these parts.
4. Bolt the link rails together within one hour.

1. Place the flexible copper bars on the top of the DC bus.
2. Screw the upper busbars to the left and right at the appropriate mounting points

using the
M5 nuts, washers and locking washers provided. Use a tightening torque of 3 Nm.
3. Screw the lower busbars to the left and right at the appropriate mounting points

using the
M5 nuts, washers and locking washers provided. Use a tightening torque of 3 Nm.
