Extending the potential group
● Each dark-colored terminal block passes the supply voltage connected on the light-colored
terminal block to the I/O modules and to the dark terminal block positioned to the right of it.
● The power bus is continuous.
Ending a potential group
● A potential group ends with the dark terminal block, which follows a light terminal block or
a server module in the station configuration.
Power supply of I/O modules of a potential group
● All I/O modules of a potential group have a shared power supply.

Double-width terminal block (I/O module on terminal block with potential distributor)
Select the "Double-width terminal block" parameter in the hardware properties for the I/O
module.
