IP addresses and subnet masks must be entered manually if a local area network
is installed with PC and Web Server, but without DHCP server (normally in the
router).

On the PC, set as follows:
1. Select

Start > Control Panel > Network Connections > Local Area Connection

2.  Select the "General" tab.

3.  Click [ Properties ]

4.  Select "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)".
5.  Click [ Properties ]
6.  Select "Use the following IP address".
