2.2 Detection range – model with 1.10 m lens
The
motion detector attachments ‘Komfort’ 1.10 m have a
detection range with an aperture of 180° in two levels (Fig. 3).
Size of detection field (Fig. 3):
approx. 10 m x 12 m.
The field dimensions are valid for an installation height of
1.10 m. The range varies with different installation heights.
Due to the alignment of the upper lens level, the detection
range has no precise distance limits. Switching may therefore
also be triggered by movements outside the indicated detection
range (overreach).
Important:
Due to the almost horizontal alignment of the upper detection
level (Fig. 4), the
motion detector attachments ‘Komfort’ with
the 1.10 m lens are generally suitable only for indoor use.
If installed outside, the
motion detector attachment ‘Komfort’
may be irreparably damaged by direct sunlight.
