2.1 Principle of function
The
motion detector attachments respond to thermal
movements initiated by persons, animals or objects and trigger
a switching action. The
motion detector attachments remain
switched on as long as movements are detected, otherwise
they will switch off after the OFF-delay has elapsed.
Optionally, the
motion detector attachment ‘Komfort’ can also be
set to short-time operation permitting the activation of acoustic
signal transmitters (doorbells) to monitor an entrance door.
The
motion detector attachments are used in conjunction with
a
DELTA motion detector insert. In combination with a motion
detector extension insert, the detection range of the main
detector can be enlarged.
