To record a memo message
You can record a memo that
other users can listen to just
like a message that has been
received.
Press the
Menu
options button.
Press the
DOWN
navigation
button until the display shows
Voice Mail
.
Press the
OK
options button.
Press the
DOWN
navigation
button until the display shows
Record Memo
.
Press the
OK
options button.
You will hear “Recording
memo”
, after the beep, speak
your message.
Press the
End
options button
to stop recording.
To cancel and delete your
memo, press the
RED PHONE
button or the
RETURN
button
during recording.
Press the
Yes
options button
to confirm.

If you have more than one handset
registered to the base station and the
answering machine is switched on,
external callers can directly dial a
specific handset.
After dialling your phone number, the
caller hears the announcement. If it is
the internal directory announcement,
they have 5 seconds in which to dial
the internal number.
If the person dialled does not answer,
then all the handsets will ring.
If no one answers, then the answering
machine will pick up the call.
To play a memo message
Memo messages can be played
back in the same way as
normal messages, see page 53.
