Electrical installation of Signal Processing Unit
After mounting the SPU on the tunnel wall, the terminal connections in the SPU must be
wired.
Loosen grub screw by 1-2 turns on neck of SPU (DIN 913 M5x20 45H) using a 2.5mm
Allen key
Turn complete SPU housing 90° in a clockwise direction
Repeat steps in reverse following wiring of the terminal connections

Opening the rear housing cover
Loosen the securing clip using a 3 mm Allen key.
Unscrew the rear housing cover in a counter-clockwise direction and remove.
A schematic wiring diagram is provided on the inside of the rear housing cover

Lubricant
Only use LOCTITE 8156a as lubricant for rear housing cover. Apply the
lubricant sparingly.
