9.6 Method selection
The method list is displayed.
Methods are ordered by method number.
Method selection:
- Select a method with «
▲ » and
«
▼ »
keys.
The active selection is displayed in reverse video.
- Accept the selection with <START·ENTER> key.
The spectrophotometer is ready to measure.
9.6.1 Limitation of methods list
If the list is very long, the operator can narrow down the method list and thus make the search easier as follows:
•
Press F4 key [Last used] , it is possible to restrict the method list to the ten methods last used.
•
With the search function, the operator can search certain character strings in the list.
The search takes place as a full-text search of the entire list contents.
The operator can search for a method number or certain citation form.
9.6.2 Research function
Search for a character string:
- Enter the character string to be searched for in the search window with
<A...9> .
The list appearing below shows all hits containing the character string.
The hit list is updated with each character that is entered.
Remark
Note the case sensitivity when searching.
