{Unpacking & Inspecting Steps}
Step 1
Locate the Packing Slip that describes the parts and quantities shipped. The parts for your Warming Pad should
be carefully examined upon arrival for possible damage in shipment. If any damage is found, notify Shor-Line
immediately at 800-444-1579.
Step 2
Review Shor-Line’s warranty information at:

NOTICE:
Improper cable connections can cause product malfunction. Failure to follow proper connection procedures
may result in a void of all Shor-Line warranties.
Step 3
Remove and separate all contents from the shipping containers. Use the Packing Slip to ensure nothing has been
lost.
Step 4
Check content for concealed damage.
If Concealed Damage:
Call Shor-Line immediately at 800-444-1579 so we may expedite replacements or repairs.
ImpOrTaNT:
After fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of merchandise, this policy becomes void.
