these.steps:

DISCONNECT MACHINE FROM POWER!

Release bag clamp, then remove filter bag (see
Figure.59
). Tie bag closed.
If the canister filter is clogged or dirty and cleaning
it does not improve dust-collection performance, the
canister filter must be replaced.
