Power Supply Interrupted during Printing 
 

In case, power supply interrupted during the printing, Thermal Head will be kept pushing to 

Platen. Laving this situation for a long time, shape of Platen can be warped. In order to avoid this 

situation, please follow the instruction below.

1. Turn off the power of the printer. 
 

 

2. When the message "Paper Jam" appears on 

the LCD on the operation panel, turn off the 
power switch.
