8. Remove the ink ribbon. 

If the ink ribbon is entangled around the 

roller, removing the ink ribbon 

immoderately can cut it.  Holding the ink 
ribbon directly by hand, pull it out slowly. 

9. Take out the jammed paper. 

If the paper is entangled around the roller, 

take out the paper slowly.
