Assemble the bracket body and the lever
body, and then attach the return spring.

Align with the hole in the axle, and then
press-fit the lever axle.

Snap ring groove
TECH TIPS
•
The correct direction for the lever axle is
for the snap ring groove to face up.
•
Check that the surface of the bracket body
and the top end of the lever axle are flush
with each other so that the snap ring will
fit into the groove.

tool to install the snap ring.

Operate the shifting switches [X/Y] and check
that they turn on, and check that the lever
operates smoothly.
