Serial Communications Connection Procedure

Check that the network type is 

set to USB in the Change PLC 

Dialog Box. Click 

OK

USB

Select Connect to PLC from the 

PLC Menu.

Check that the PLC status 

displayed next to the PLC Icon 

changes from Offline to the 

Program in the Project 

Workspace.
