(2) Please click “Device Setting>Server Setting” in Web configuration interface of
H3526 MDVR, and check whether the address, port, device ID of access server are
consistent with that of iScan platform server. Please reset if not. See Fig. 5-12 for the
interface.

4. Why can’t Web configuration interface control PTZ?
(1) Check whether the control line of PTZ RS-485 is correctly connected to the host
of H3526 MDVR. Pay attention to distinguish positive and negative poles (485+,
485-).
(2) Check whether the control protocol and baud rate of PTZ are consistent with
those of PTZ in H3526 MDVR host. Select “External I/F > Serial Application” in
Web configuration interface of H3526 MDVR to set parameters. These
parameters shall be consistent with those in PTZ, as shown in Fig. 5-13.
