Why POWER light and RUN light of H3526 MDVR are on, but 3 G light is off?   

Please check whether the SIM card of H3526 MDVR has been correctly installed.   
Please check whether 3G antenna of H3526 MDVR has been connected.   
Please check whether “Network Setting> Modem Network > Auto-dial” in Web 
configuration page of H3526 MDVR has been switched into “Ac tivate”, as shown in Fig. 
5-11.   
Please check whether SIM card of H3526 MDVR has been in arrear or been damaged.
