4.7.8 System recovery
Background
System recovery is used for recovering the system configuration to the factory
configuration status. Generally speaking, the users shall make sure to back up the data of
the current system before recovering to the factory configuration. Otherwise, system
recovery is not recommended.
The device will return to factory setting status after “System Recovery”, so please be
careful to recover the system.
Operation steps
Step 1 Select “System Mgmt > System Recovery” to access “System Recovery” interface, as
shown in Fig. 4-45.

Step 2 Click “Recovery” to finish the operation of system recovery.
Please restart the device after the system recovery.
The key parameters of Basic Setting, Server Setting and Modem Setting, will not revert to
default settings.
