Chapter II Installation and Connection
2.1 Installation of case
The JB-QBL-QM200 is installed in a case made of sheet steel. When installing it, hang it firmly on a dry
and flat surface with enough load-carrying capacity via the installation holes on its back and reserve
enough space around it to make cabling and opening of the controller door convenient. See Fig.2.1 for
the installation holes.

Fig.2.1 Installation Holes of the Case
The following requirements should be met during installation of the case.
There must be a space of at least 1m reserved in front of the case.
There are cable entries on the top of the case, so there must be a space of at least 30cm for cabling.
The bottom of the case should be 1.1
~
1.3m above the ground.
The air vents (also serving as sound holes) on the sides of the case must be smooth.
The system must be securely grounded. If the grounding terminal of the AC input is not securely
grounded, make the system securely grounded through the grounding terminal on the baseplate of
the case and the resistance to ground equal to or smaller than 5
Ω
.
The system can be installed indoors only.
