* Each region is assigned a unique id when created.
* If you want to modify a region, you must make a request with the assigned id.
* If you change the position of a region, the value of left cannot exceed that of right, and the value
of top cannot exceed that of bottom.
* For the single region modify, you should use Parameters without ‘#’ like md_rgn_name.
