1. Press the
POWER ON/OFF
button on the the Tuner/
Transmitter first, then the Receiver
POWER ON/OFF
button.
2. To activate the mode options, press the
MODE SELECT
button
on the remote (or the receiver front panel). Input Source TV,
Video, VCR3 or VCR4 appear on the screen.
3. To select the appropriate source option, press the
UP/DOWN
buttons on the remote (or the receiver front panel):
•
TV:
If you are connected to a coaxial cable or a VCR coaxial
post set to TV mode.
•
VCR3
or
VCR4
: If you are connected to your VCR coaxial
post set to VCR mode.
•
Video:
If you are connected to an RCA post of a video
source.
Note:
In all modes except TV, the channel and viewing are
controlled by the viewing source’s (VCR, DVD player, etc.)
remote. The receiver/remote CHANNEL / buttons can be
programmed to mimic two functions of the source remote while
operating in the Video, VCR3 or VCR4 modes. (See Programming
Remote Functions in the General Instructions.)
