indicator flashes red while data is

Notes:
• In CARD-CAMERA mode, the angle of field is
slightly wider than in TAPE-CAMERA or DUAL-
CAMERA mode.
• Recording under insufficient lighting may result
in blurred images. It is recommended that you
use a tripod to record insufficiently illuminated
subjects.
• Recording under the light of a fluorescent,
mercury, or sodium lamp may cause flickering in
the image and, depending on the timing of the
shot, may result in changes to colour hue in the
image.
• “RECORDING TO MEMORY CARD” or
“RECORDING TO TAPE” is displayed during the
recording of still images. This display indicates
whether the still image is being recorded to a
card or to tape. If you do not want this to be
displayed, set the MEDIA DISP menu item in the
OTHERS menu to “OFF” in one of the CAMERA
modes.
• It is also possible to record still images on a card
by pressing the CARD REC button on the
infrared remote control.
Caution:
• Do not turn the power off or remove the card
while the
O
indicator is flashing in step 6,
because this may delete or damage images on
the card.
