• Select pork with less fat.
• Season with salt, pepper, paprika and
brush with oil.
• Place the best side down on low rack,
uncovered.
• When oven stops, turn pork over.
Continue to cook.
• After cooking, stand for 10 - 15
minutes.
• Wash chicken, trim away fat and pat
dry. Select chicken with less fat.
• Season with salt, pepper, paprika and
brush with oil.
• Place breast side (or best side) down
on low rack, uncovered.
• When oven stops, turn chicken over.
Continue to cook.
• After cooking, stand for 10 - 15
minutes.
