2-Colour Mode
Enables two-colour copying.

Copies A3 originals without loss of image area.

Mode
Controls colour image data and selects the best processing mode for various types of

Prints the front and back of an original onto a single side of paper.
Centring
Moves the image to the centre of the paper.
Colour Balance
Adjusts the colour, tone and density of colour copies.
Colour Calibration
The Auto Colour Calibration programme automatically corrects misadjusted colour
gradation.
Copy Ratio
(Preset)
In addition to the preset enlargement/reduction ratios, frequently used copy ratios can also
be set.
Copy Set Setting
Specifies the number of copies by using the numeric keypad. (MAX 999)
Cover
Inserts a different type of paper (paper weight, colour, etc.) as a front and back cover of a
copy job when using the document feeder.
Date Print
Prints the date in one of the four available formats: YYYY/MM/DD, MM/DD/YYYY,
DD/MM/YYYY and MM/DD/YYYY.
Dual Page Copy
Produces separate copies of two documents placed side by side on the document glass.
Duplex Copying
Prints data on both sides of the paper.
Duplex via Bypass Automatically prints data on both sides of paper fed from the manual bypass tray.
E-sort (Electronic
Sorting)
Automatically collates multiple sets of copies in page order without the aid of a sorter.
Erase
Erases shadows that appear around the edges of copies of books and other thick originals.
(Edge erase)
Erases the shadows that appear down the centre of books and other originals that open up.
(Centre erase)
Erases both the shadow lines around the edges of copies and the shadow at the centre.
(Edge + Centre erase)
Erases both the shadow lines around the sides when scanning a book original or thick
original. (Side erase)
Exposure
Selects one of Auto, Text, Text/Printed Photo, Printed photo, Text/Photo, Photo, Map, or
Light Original according to the type of originals being copied.
Extra Size
Enters non-standard copy paper size and/or original size and then automatically enlarges or
reduces an image to best fit the paper.
Group
Groups output of large-volume copies by page.

Insert
Inserts a different type of paper (paper weight, colour, etc.) in between pages as an insert
