Those thumbnails can be checked on the LCD panel and web page by the user

It is easy to browse a folder, and choose the required file based on its contents, not just the file name

Image Preview (Fax Receive)
Before printing out received faxes, it is possible
to preview them on the LCD panel of the MFP.
After the fax is output, the data is deleted from
MFP.
Junk faxes can be filtered at the MFP, resulting in
less waste paper, saving both money and the
environment.
