Using the menus in PC mode

Notes about auto adjustment:
- If you are not using the adjustment pattern, it is necessary to have black area and white area of at
least 5 mm x 5 mm (0.2" x 0.2") on the screen. Adjustment may not be possible without those areas.
- If the signal coming from the computer is Composite Sync or Sync on Green, automatic adjustment
may not be possible. Please perform manual adjustment instead.
- If "OUT OF ADJUST" is displayed, perform manual adjustment.
AUDIO ADJUST menu
When headphones are connected, the AUDIO ADJUST menu cannot be adjusted.

Notes:
- "TREBLE", "BASS" and "BALANCE" can be adjusted only when "DOLBY VIRTUAL" is set to "OFF".
- Even in PC mode, the TV/AV mode's AUDIO ADJUST menu will appear when:
- Watching and listening to TV or video in the PIP/SPLIT window. (See pages E29 and E36.)
- Listening to the TV. (See pages E30 and E35.)
GAIN CONTROL menu
When using the monitor with a digital connection, this menu adjustment is not necessary.
Description
Automatically adjusts "BLACK LEVEL" and "CONTRAST" based on the
brightest and darkest colors of the image displayed.
Adjusts screen brightness while you watch the color pattern.
Adjusts contrast so that all gradations appear while you watch the color
pattern.
Resets adjustment values for this menu to their original factory settings.
Color pattern
Description
Adjusts high-pitch sounds.
Adjusts low-pitch sounds.
Adjusts the balance between the right and left speakers.
Turns the Virtual Dolby Surround function "ON" or "OFF".
You can also set this item directly using the remote control, instead of the
adjustment screen. (See page E27.)
Resets adjustment values for this menu to their original factory settings.
