ONTROL CHANNELS

CONFIGURATION
Giotto 1500 is compatible with all the consoles using the standard USITT DMX512 signal and can
operate in 4 different modes : HRV (35 Ch), HRT (34 Ch), LRV (32 Ch), LRT (31 Ch).
HR (HIGH RESOLUTION) modes use three additional DMX channels rather than the LR (LOW
RESOLUTION) operating mode; these channels refer to the 16 bit indexing of the GOBO1 and
GOBO2 wheels and to the FOCUS 16 bit. The operating modes and therefore the total number of
the channels used by Giotto 1500 depend on the settings of the OPERATING and SPEED CONTROL
menus.
