Plug connector for STO
INFORMATION
When wiring the STO signals, possible faults in plug connectors and cables/lines
have to be considered (see EN ISO 13849-2) and the installation has to be designed
according to the required safety class. MOVIGEAR
®
does not detect short circuits in
the supply line. SEW‑EURODRIVE therefore recommends to connect only STO sig-
nals to the STO input using a two-core cable, as shown in the figure.
