OPERATION

ADJUSTING GRANITA CONSISTENCY

The consistency of the granita may be adjusted (+/-) by
means of the screw shown in the figure

+: thicker consistency, -: thinner consistency.

The adjustment may be made by hand or with the aid
of a screwdriver, depending on the type of pin inserted.

DISPENSING GRANITA

To dispense the beverage, pull the tap lever.
