Configuration (technician menu)
After starting up for the first time, some settings may have to be made in the technician
menu. Press and hold down C to go to the technician menu.
2 menu items are available:

General information
Here you can change settings such as time, date, language, brightness etc.
●
Technician
Check the following points when using for the first time:
1.
Is a bench sensor being used? (activate/deactivate for “WC4 Basis” )
2.
Is a fan connected? (activate/deactivate fan in the respective unit)
3.
Is an evaporator connected? (activate/deactivate evaporator).
4.
For sound&light: Where is the USB stick connected?
► If the USB stick is connected to the power supply unit, “S&L” must be selected as
the audio source – in this case the loudspeakers must be connected to the power
supply unit. If the USB slot on the touch operating unit is being used, “TC4” must
be set as the audio source. In this case, the loudspeakers must be connected to
the back of the touch operating unit.
Software update
Download the current software from our website (
www.sentiotec.com
) and save it on an
empty USB stick. Then perform the following steps:
1.
Plug in the USB stick and switch on the operating unit.
2.
Press and hold down C to go to the technician menu and select the technician item.
3.
Select factory settings and press and hold down the C button.
4.
The updating process begins. Do not disconnect the unit from the mains while this
is in progress.
5. Wait approx. 10 seconds until only the on/off symbol is lit up.
► If the update is not complete after 30 seconds, disconnect the system from the
mains for 10 seconds (but do not remove the USB stick!).
6. Finished (when switching on the current version can be read/checked).
