4. Troubleshooting
Touch operating unit is not working (no display/LED does not light up):
● Check the cable between the power supply unit and operating unit.
● Check the voltage supply from the power supply unit.
Touch operating unit does not show the “Sauna Temperature” menu item:
● Check the JPBM jumper wire on the sauna power supply unit (must be attached).
● Check the light connection/mains connection for the sauna power supply unit.
● Humidity or dummy sensor (humidity extension board) is incorrectly connected.
● Check the data cable.
Touch operating unit does not show the “Infrared” menu item:
● JP1 jumper wire is not attached to the infra power supply unit
● Check the infra power supply unit
● Check the data cable.
Touch operating unit does not show the “Colour light” menu item:
● Check the JPSL jumper wire on the sound&light power supply unit.
● Check the sound&light power supply unit
● Check the data cable.
Touch operating unit does not play music:
● Check the audio source setting in the technician menu.
● Check the loudspeaker connection.
● Check the USB stick: only MP3 formats, no folders, reformatting may be needed
(FAT32) or use another USB stick.
Touch operating unit does not show the “Humidity” menu item:
● Check the evaporator setting in the technician menu.
● Humidity extension board is not/incorrectly connected.
● Humidity or dummy sensor is not/incorrectly connected.
Important error messages:
FILL
Low-water is incorrectly connected or is activated although it is not connected
Sauna: -30 Heater sensor (thermal fuse) is not/incorrectly connected
Sauna: -21 Heater sensor (F1) is not/incorrectly connected
Sauna: -24 Check the bench sensor (F2) or deactivate in the technician menu
Infra: -24
Infra room sensor is not/incorrectly connected
