supply unit electronics has an 8-pin connection
socket on the front panel. The infrared sensor head is connected via the socket
to the supply unit electronics. The supplied connector cable has an M23 12-pin
connector (connection on the air purge fitting) on one end and an M16 8-pin
socket (connection supply unit electronics) on the other end.
