HOW TO WORK WITH THE MACHINE
1. Connect the machine with the electrical supply
2. Insert the product into the tank
max 200 kg for TANK 200 - max 400 kg for TANK 400
3. Choose the working between mixer working AUTO or continuous.
AUTO:
Use AUTO mode when it's not necessary that the mixer will run in continuous;
For example 30 minutes of working, then 30 minutes is turned off.
In this way it's possible to save electricity and mixer motor work.
1. Set the working time
2. Set the pause time
3. Press START
The machine will work and then pause for the time values that are set.
TO USE THE CHOCOLATE OF THE MACHINE
Work page. Press pump button and the product will flow from the exit point to
fill for example any tempering machine connected with a pipe from the tank
nozzle to the tempering machine tank.
To take some chocolate for any use you can use the pedal. Press the pedal to activate the
pump and the chocolate will flow from the pipe exit. Release the pedal to stop chocolate flow.
