Parts dismantling and re-installation procedure
G 240 TLH :
Only the differences with respect to the G 240 are specified.
11.21)
TIG central socket
Removal is quite a difficult operation.
- Disconnect the connector CN2 from board 15.14.238.
- Disconnect the gas pipe.
- Disconnect the power cable.
- Unscrew the ring nut.
To refit, carry out these jobs in reverse order.
11.22)
Solenoid valve - Nipple
- Unscrew the nipple.
- Unscrew the two screws securing the solenoid valve suppor-
ting bracket.
- Disconnect cables no.26, no.27 and the yellow-green cable.
- Disconnect the gas pipe.
To refit, carry out these jobs in reverse order.
IMPORTANT!
When mounting the front nipple, use only LOCTITE
577 joint sealing compound or ordinary TEFLON
sealing tape.
11.23)
H.F. generation board 15.14.192
- Disconnect the connectors CN1 and CN2
- Disconnect the two fast-on cables
- Disconnect the yellow-green cable
- Press the metal buttons along the slides at the side to free
the board from the stops (see point 16 in figure)
- Raise the board, running it along the slides at the side
To refit, carry out these jobs in reverse order.
