11.0 Accessories

Attention, danger of life
In the system you will fi nd live parts. Before starting any
maintenance or service work, remove the system from the
power supply. Otherwise there danger is of life.
Attention, danger of burns
Wait until system is cooled down before you start your
work.
1. Disconnect the mains supply before opening the
system.
2. Wait until the system is cooled down before you start
your work.
3. Dismount the chute in the outlet area.
4. Remove the small left cover plate (1) at the rear side
of the soldering system.
5. Drill two holes in the front end of the outlet for the
ground bolt and the pull relief for the motor cable.
Remove any drilling chips from the system.
6. Mount the ground bolt (2) according to the drawing
and the pull relief.
7. Open the rear front end of the conveyor extension.
8. Mount the machine feet.
9. Fix the conveyor extension with the help of the
included screws to the thread bolts at the outlet of the
soldering system.
10. Align the height of the conveyor extension by
adjusting the machine feet.
11. Open the drawer with the electronics at the rear side
of the soldering system carefully.
12. Establish the ground connection by connecting the
green/yellow ground cable with the ground bolts of
the soldering system and the conveyor extension.
