The soldering system is designed as a desk system. The
operation and programming follows via the operation panel
centrally. All parameters are shown on the LC-display.
An integrated measurement system allows the recording of
a temperature pro
fi
le on a PCB. The process parameters
and the temperature pro
fi
les can be printed via a parallel
interface. Via the serial interface all process parameters are
available for the further processing with a PC (therefore an
additional PC software is necessary).
The status of the soldering system is shown on the display of
the operation panel.
In case of danger the soldering system can be switched off
completely with the main switch.
If the machine hood will be opened while system is running, a
blip resounds and the heating as well as the conveyor system
will be switched off.
The complete controller except of the operation panel is
mounted in a drawer on the back side of the soldering system
and is easily accessible.
Optionally the cooling zone at the outlet of the oven can be
extended with the conveyor extension TFV 200. The drive of
the grid belt will be integrated in the machine controller.
An additional chute at the outlet eases the PCB removal
respectively extends the cooling zone.
