9.0 Maintenance
Maintenance for 548.04 \ 05.2010 \
Caution, Danger for your life
In the system there are some parts with mains power. By
mainte nance and ser vice pro ce du res turn the entire
system off, shut off from mains by re mo ving the mains
plug. There is danger for your life.
Danger of burns
Start working after the system is cooled down.
1.
Turn the entired system off, shut off from mains by
removing the mains plug.
2.
First let the machine cool down before you start wor-
king in the machine.
3.
Open the machine cover generally, until you reach
the screws of the two chains.
4.
Solve and remove the two screws.
5.
Move the machine cover to the back.
6.
Unscrew and open the electronic modul on the rear
side of the system.
7.
Disconnect the connectors of the heating elements,
the radiators and the temperature sensor of the so-
ckets on the power board.
8.
Solve and remove the screws of the two hinges at the
rear side of the heating chamber.
9.
Remove the heating chamber and put it at side.
10.
Solve and remove the 4 screws. with those the trans-
port system is installed at the base.
11.
Remove the transport system from the base.
12.
A metal sheet is installed with a fork-light-barrier at
the transport system.
The leads of the photocell are
connected to a plug. Do yet remove the connector.
