The next step involves installing the R4 bearings, but first you'll need to attach the Acetal “tires”
to each of the 5 bearings as shown.
Start the assembly by pressing an R4 bearing into the tire
half as shown below.
Next, press the other half on to the R4 bearing.
The fit will be tight, but it should go on without too
much hassle.
Go ahead and repeat this for the remaining four R4
bearings.
Once you're done with that, you need to insert two
R4 Bearing Bushings into three of the R4 bearing
assemblies you just finished.
