Network Search Tool
Find your NVR on your LAN (Local Area Network) using the supplied NVR SEARCH TOOL:
Using the CD supplied with your NVR, install the “NVR SEARCH TOOL” by opening the folder and double
clicking on the program. Once installed and running, the search tool will show you the address of all NVRs or
compatible cameras on your local network. Double click on the address in the search tool to open the NVR in
your browser. After a double click on the select NVR address, the default web browser on your PC will open
and you will be prompted to enter your NVR username and password.
Modify the NVR Settings
At the bottom of the search tool are the current settings of the NVR(s) in your network. Each NVR may be
modified by changing the IP, Gateway, Netmask, HTTP (Web) port, and Media port (for the smart device apps).
The user name and password for each NVR can also be modified.
“Main Menu”
→“Parameter”→“Network”
to enter the NVR setup menu(s)
