Automatic Mode
In this mode the gears are selected automatically.
Display:
The mode indicator shows an orange 'S'.
The screen shows the number of the gear engaged.
To access automatic: From Tiptronic mode T: Press the right button once.
Operation: In this mode the gears are changed up and down automatically in accordance
with the engine revolutions and vehicle speed.
The driver can change between automatic and Tiptronic without having to stop
the vehicle. To do this, press the right or left button once in accordance with the
current mode.
Reverse Mode This mode selects reverse gear.
Display:
The mode indicator shows a red 'R'.
The screen shows the letter 'R'.
To access reverse: From neutral mode N: Keep Brake pedal pressed.
Press the left button once (if the button is pressed without pressing the brake
pedal, the dial displays the letter 'b').
Launch Control This control enables you to produce a standing start in the shortest time possible.
Operation:
1. With vehicle stopped;
2. Brake pedal pressed;
3. Select Tiptronic or automatic mode;
4. Fully press the throttle pedal (engine revolutions will not exceed 4500 rpm)
If the engine does not rev freely lift off the throttle pedal wait for a moment
and press it again;
5. Release the brake pedal and the vehicle will launch off.
