7.0 Troubleshooting
PROBLEM
POSSIBLE CAUSE
RECOMMENDED SOLUTION
1. Faulty edge seal.
2. Bags are being used too quickly
after being sealed.
3. The operator or the overhead
system is pulling the bags directly
out of the system before the bags
can cool for a moment.
4. Bags overfilled with air.
5. Faulty material roll.
• Check condition of edge seal on the bag.
• Check condition of edge seal assembly and
that it is fully seated.
• Replace as required - see
6.2 Replacing the
Edge Seal.
• Contact your Sealed Air
®
representative.
• The seals need a few seconds to cool
before being used.
• Allow the bin to refill before continuing
.
• Contact your Sealed Air
®
representative.
• While the system is producing bags, press
the
Down Key
( ) to reduce the air-fill
amount - see
5.3 Control Panel.
• Load new material - see
5.1 Loading the
Material Roll.
• Return material roll - contact your Sealed
Air
