Parking
If the scooter is to be parked, the parking brake on the brake lever (

) should always be
used to prevent any possible risk of injury!
• Park the scooter.
• Apply the brake lever (
6
).
• Apply the parking brake (see picture). Let go of the brake
lever (
6
). The parking brake will now keep the brake
lever (
6
) permanently applied and the scooter can no
longer be started or moved.
• To release the parking brake again, apply the brake lever (
6
) for a short time and then
let go of it.
• If the scooter is to be parked for a lengthy period of time, switch off the speedometer
display (

) and battery pack (

) (see the “Before Your First Ride” chapter,
“Speedometer Display” section, “Switch the scooter on / off” subsection and the “Use”
chapter, “After Use” section).
After Use
1. Park the scooter in a dry place that is protected from direct sunlight and frost and is
not accessible to children or animals.
2. Switch off the battery pack (

): Press the rocker switch (

) on the battery pack (

at the back left to the position
OFF
.
3. Charge the battery (see the “Before Your First Ride” chapter, “Removing / Inserting
the Battery Pack and Charging the Battery” section).
Information About the Range
The following factors in
fl
uence the range:
– Charge status of the battery:
– Headwind
– Tyre pressure
– Weight of the rider
– Age / use of the battery
– Inclines
– Ambient temperature
– Condition of the surface
– Riding style
Guideline: With a
fl
at route, a load of 75 kg and a defensive style of riding, the range
is up to around 30 km. The range will be reduced if parameters which have a negative
impact are added.
