Note:
If the rider changes position (sitting or standing) during a ride, the rear-view
mirror (

) needs to be adjusted!
• When you fold down the steering rod (

) and store away the scooter, fold in the rear-
view mirror (

) again.
Attaching and Adjusting the Saddle
Attach the saddle unit to the scooter:
1. Press and hold down the top button on the bottom of the seat post (
9
). The bottom
locking lug is also pressed into the seat post (
9
).
2. Plug the saddle unit into the mount for the seat post (
15
). Make sure that the saddle
(
8
) is facing straight forwards and the rear re
fl
ector (
10
) is pointing backwards.
3. Let go of the button on the seat post (
9
), and the bottom locking lug engages. Check
that the saddle unit
fi
ts securely.
Adjust the saddle:
The saddle (
8
) can be moved further forwards or backwards:
1. Undo the nuts below the upholstered seat using two standard spanners, size
M8
.
2. Move the upholstered seat forwards or backwards.
3. Tighten the nuts again with two spanners.
Note:
The height of the saddle cannot be adjusted!
In
fl
ating the Tyres
The optimum tyre pressure is approx. 2.5 bar (36 PSI). If the tyre pressure is too low, the
range is reduced and increased wear must be expected.
1. Unscrew the valve caps.
2. Attach a standard bicycle pump (automobile valve) or similar pump.
3. Top the air up to around 2.5 bar.
4. Screw the valve caps back on again.
Removing / Inserting the Battery Pack and Charging the Battery
ATTENTION!

Fully charge the battery before you start using it for the
fi
rst time!
■
Do not charge the battery in a very damp environment or in the vicinity of combustible
material.
■
Always place the product and the battery pack on a dry, level,
fi
rm and heat-resistant
surface for charging.
■
Only charge up the battery using the mains adapter that is also supplied. Do not use
the mains adapter with other batteries.
■
If the battery pack becomes hot during charging, stop the charging process
immediately!
■
Do not use the mains adapter and do not charge the battery if they have been
exposed to cold temperatures. Condensation can form and cause a short circuit.
Allow them to warm up to room temperature
fi
rst.
■
Never pull on the cables! Only ever pull the plug to release connected cables.
