Fill the water supply tank slowly through the labeled deck plate.
After filling the water tank, partially open the sink faucet. The
Water Pressure switch in the helm switch panel should be on.
Allow the pump to run until all of the air is purged from the
system and a steady stream of water is flowing from faucet. Turn
o

the faucet. As the pressure builds the pump will automatically
shut o
ff
.
When properly primed and activated, the water system will
operate much like the water system in a home. An automatic
pressure sensor keeps the system pressurized. If the system has
been recently filled or has not been used for an extended period,
air bubbles may accumulate at the pump and the system may
have to be re-primed.
The water system is equipped with a sea strainer on the intake
side of the pump. The strainer should be checked frequently and
cleaned as necessary.
Whenever the boat is left unattended, the Water Pressure switch
should be placed in the “OFF” position.
The Fresh Water and Raw Water Washdown Hose
The fresh water washdown hose is located on the side of the
console. The raw water washdown hose is located in the stern
splashwell.
DO NOT ALLOW THE WATER PUMP TO RUN DRY. THE PUMP WORKS ON
DEMAND AND WILL NOT SHUT OFF AUTOMATICALLY WHEN THE TANK IS
EMPTY. THIS CAN RESULT IN DAMAGE TO THE PUMP. ALWAYS TURN
THE WATER PRESSURE SWITCH OFF WHEN THE FRESH WATER
SYSTEM IS NOT IN USE.
